For the foreign owners we will prepare a translation in German language of program parts related to control and monitoring of business success.

Implementation of the system OperaOpus, in the first period, will cover following companies:

Special requirements that Lager Group has set on a new operating system will be realized through advanced monitoring of service and sales activities (with the module OperaOpus CRM), automated reconciliation of codebooks for spare parts and machinery in all companies, consolidation of financial statements available at all times to all members of the Group, permanent connection of all companies to be able to modify the data and reports, multilingual support through all parts of the system, including all specifics of legislation in the countries where the Group operates.

Končar-MES d.d. is a manufacturer of electric motors, fans and drives and is part of a Končar Electrical Industries Group. Products that are offered to the market are based on tradition, the 60-year experience, professional knowledge and constant investments in research, development and production. Factory capacity is 150 000 pieces of electric motors per year. Končar-MES d.d. is one of the top manufacturers of electric motors and drives in the region, as proven by the fact that more than 55% of its products are exported to the EU markets.

After careful analysis and consideration of all potential bidders of ERM solutions, Končar-MES has decided to plan and monitor its business with the help of the system OperaOpus.

Transport company from Požega (APP) is one of the leading companies in Croatia that deals with public transportation of entities in both domestic and international transport. In addition to the core business, the company also carries out tourism services and maintenance services of commercial vehicles. By using our system they will modernize and raise the level of data integration from all parts of the company with automated integration of the records kept by specialized software’s (ticket sales, travel agencies...).Special attention should be devoted to the preparation of reports for controlling in order to facilitate decision making for company management. SVAM plus Ltd is among first partners of the company Preactor International Ltd who signed a partnership agreement by the new model. The contract includes direct corporation with the company Preactor International which will certainly contribute to the better knowledge transfer and the update of customer support. MONDIPRO d.o.o. is a new paper products factory, based on the latest technology. Production program, among other, includes moist sanitary wipes. By OperaOpus system in the factory will be included all business processes (sales, procurement, planning, monitoring and calculation of production). Production program is a subject to special requirements for monitoring quality, what sets on the ERP system additional demands in terms of traceability of materials and products

A trial production at the factory is starting soon. It is also planned the integration of ERP systems with the computer-controlled machines that will allow automated collection of data on the execution in the plants.
